ABOUT COMMISSION REQUESTS

◇ Once I receive your DM or email I will revise your commission information and get in touch with you.

◇ You will receive an invoice for the price of the commission after I have accepted your request.

◇ Couples and extra characters are welcome.

◇ You will receive an invoice for the price of the commission after I have accepted your request.

◇ Extra character cost half the original price (except for colored full body)

◇ Complex character designs, armor, or characters with a high amount of detail, will have an extra fee.

◇ Even if you have sample images for your character, please send me a detailed description of them. There are details and nuances that can be better understood with a description.

◇ Feel free to ask me anything or send me any suggestions. I'm open to everything, but keep it PG13, please.

◇ If you want to contact me or just chat and hang out, I have a Discord group.
The Discord group is mainly a way to get in contact with me easily, so please be nice to everyone if you decide to join

◇ Please, note that requesting a commission from me means that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service only apply to NON-COMMERCIAL use commissions.
Terms are subject to change at any time but will not be applied retroactively.
Requesting a commission means you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT

◇ I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question. This means I won't be drawing any kind of art that makes me feel uncomfortable, that goes against my morals, or is intended to be sexist, racist, or with the purpose of humiliating someone. Please ask beforehand if you are unsure.

◇ I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).

◇ I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website(s), social networks, or DeviantART/Furaffinity gallery (if requested an original character of yours, credit to you will be noted accordingly). If you do not want your commission displayed for whatever reason, please speak to me.

◇ All commissions are used for personal purposes ONLY. This means the art cannot be reproduced to be sold or marketed elsewhere. You may use it for any personal use that you please being required to link me back or credit. You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. I continue to reserve the rights to the artwork, you may not use it for any external projects (commercial or non-commercial). If you are looking for something to redistribute, speak to me.
> If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal or otherwise, feel free to ask me about its intended use.

◇ Regular commissions are NOT to be used for publishing without expressed written permission (whether you make a profit or not). They cover non-commercial use ONLY including non-profit-making projects. You may not make prints of my work to sell. I still hold legal rights to the art, commissioning me means agreeing to these terms.
> If you wish to use my art in a commercial project it will fall under professional commissions and must be discussed with me before the commission is started, the rights to the image will be included in the price for you to use as you please. You must specify if this is the case to be properly quoted, prices listed here are for personal commission only. Failure to do so may result in legal action. Pricing will be done on a project-to-project basis.

◇ I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly. Commission prices can vary on complexity and detail included in the commission, as well as time taken on the piece. The "example" prices are simply meant to be a standard. Your price may be higher or lower than the given example price.

◇ Commissioners WILL NOT receive a PSD, SAI, LIP, or any other file containing the layers of the work.
> Commissioners will only receive the preliminary sketch sent for approval and the final, high-resolution flattened image, unwatermarked, and with or without a background as requested. The commissioner may opt to have a transparent background if they wish.

PAYMENT

◇ Paypal is the only acceptable form of payment. US DOLLARS.
> An invoice via PayPal will be sent, please wait until then to make your payment. If not, the commission will be rejected and money returned.
> Commissioner must take care of the fees if needed.

◇ Payment upfront is required for commissions. Commissions will NOT be started without payment.

REFUND POLICIES

◇ All commissions are non-refundable after the sketch stage has been approved.

◇ I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason (health, work...), at any given time. A refund will be given, minus any work is already done if applicable.

COMMUNICATION

◇ Discord and Furaffinity DMs are the best way to contact me and are the preferred method of communication.
> I also reply to e-mail but have in mind that the reply via e-mail can take longer.

◇ If there are any delays, the commissioner will be notified appropriately.
> Larger projects/previous commissions/work/health may result in delays and the commissioner will be notified if any further delays happen.

◇ Questions regarding commission updates are welcome, with a limit to twice a week.
> Continuous messages and/or harassment for updates will result in a cancellation of the commission without a refund.

◇ Rude or abusive commissioners will have their commissions canceled without a refund.

RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS

◇ I retain FULL RIGHTS to the artwork unless the commissioner arranges to pay for the full rights. The commissioner DOES NOT have full rights to the artwork unless paid for and specifically stated by me, and me only.

◇ Private commissions for users who wish that the finished work not be posted online just need to tell it beforehand.
> Private commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites by the commissioner.

◇ One IS NOT permitted to make any physical edits/modifications to my artwork without my explicit permission. This includes, but is not limited to: Changing watermarks, recoloring, vectoring, tracing, etc.
> Any commissions that are NOT colored (sketch, lineart) are NOT permitted to be colored by another artist or by the commissioner under any circumstances.

◇ The commissioner is permitted to post the completed work to their personal gallery as long as the work is unedited (resizing is okay) and FULL credit is given to me.

◇ The commissioner IS NOT permitted to edit, sell prints, redistribute without permission, claim credit, or use for advertising in ANY fashion, profit, or non-profit.

◇ The commissioner is permitted to set the image as a wallpaper, an icon, or in a forum signature or for any other personal use. If the image is public, credit must be given visibly to me.

◇ Adoptables or custom character designs are not to be edited too far away from the original design.

STREAMS

◇ Commissions can be streamed if requested by the commissioner at no extra charge depending on my schedule and if my internet connection allows me to.

◇ Commissioners can point out errors and changes with their commission during the stream via the chat box. ex: Wrong shade of hair color or dislike of the t-shirt print design.
> Changes are implemented best during the SKETCH stage. Failure to do so will result in a fee being charged for any changes.

WILL AND WON'T DO

✔ Original and fan characters, rp character expressions, avatars, icons, fanart, ginjikas, couples (het, bl and gl), nsfw (soft nude), kemonomimi (person with animal features) anthros, mechas…

✘ Hentai or hard sex scenes, loli/shota +18
>I also won’t do requests that will make me feel uncomfortable, that goes against my morals, or are intended to be sexist, racist, or with the purpose of humiliating someone.

MORE INFORMATION

◇ Know what you want before requesting a commission. As a commissioner, communication is key.
> Be clear and concise with what you want, and try to include every important detail before or during the sketch stage.
> Quick fixes are welcome, however, the more information you have to offer, the more likely I am to include everything you want in your commission.

◇ I will do edits to a commission only if the edit is needed for a mistake on my behalf. I will not "re-do" any commissions. Make sure all information that you give me is clear and correct. Asking for an edit for something not included in your request will result in a fee.

◇ A commissioner that is trying to purchase art of characters that DO NOT belong to them will require written permission from the owner of that character.
> Characters from TV shows, movies, and the like do not apply.

◇ I will not draw in an art style other than my own unless I am offering a special sort of offer for a limited time. You are commissioning me for my artwork, not somebody else's.

◇ WIP (Work in progress) shots will be shown to the commissioner if asked. The artist is not obligated to provide WIPs by default.

◇ I also accept commercial commissions, these are commissions for things that are to be used in a professional or commercial manner such as site art, book illustrations, ads, etc. If you are interested in owning the rights to use my art in one of your projects, you must state so when ordering. Any assumption that you have the rights to use the image without my expressed written consent and a contract will be wrong.
